Why this exists

AI agents are new. The operational failure modes are familiar.

Unclear ownership, broad permissions, missing budgets, weak tagging, and “we will review it later” have caused cloud pain for years. Agent workloads just make those gaps show up faster.

CloudOpsKits applies production cloud habits to this new agent-shaped problem.
