Digital product refunds

CloudOpsKits sells digital products. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are handled case by case.

If something is wrong

If you cannot access a purchased kit, received the wrong product, or believe the product page materially misrepresented what was included, contact support with your order details.

Merchant of Record

Payments are processed through the selected Merchant of Record. Final refund handling may depend on that provider checkout and support process.
